I’m new to the YouTube and yoga community so I would love if you followed along to see my progress and show me some support💗 These stretches are a few of my favorites that I like to do each day.
Start your day with a gentle neck stretch, rolling side to side to release tension.
Move into a cat-cow stretch to warm up the spine, then transition into downward dog for a full-body stretch.
Next, a standing forward bend helps lengthen the hamstrings, while a low lunge opens up the hips.
A seated spinal twist improves flexibility, followed by a butterfly stretch to loosen the inner thighs.
End with child’s pose, focusing on deep breathing and relaxation. A few minutes daily can boost flexibility and reduce stress!
